B: Chike protein iced coffee made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, water and SF chocolate Torani
S: Cottage cheese w/ 2 fresh diced strawberries and SF chocolate Torani
L: Quest apple pie bar
S: Banana
D: Spinach and Asiago chicken sausage, mixed greens with diced green peppers and onions, 1 sliced roma tomato and maybe some onions sauteed with the sausage too if I'm feeling especially motivated
S: No-sugar-added Great Value ice cream sandwich (110 calories each, cheaper than Skinny Cow and fewer calories), if I'm still hungry I'll have fresh strawberries
Liquids: A little behind, but I'm chugging away
Vits: None yet, will take later
Exercise: Was supposed to go to the gym yesterday for my final workout of the week, but my son was sent home from school with an ear infection. If he's feeling better today I'll go after work. 45 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training and then the sauna.

D - not sure yet it's wifeys birthday weekend and the Heat play tonight. Chicken wings maybe.

D: probably ordering out, I plan on Peruvian roasted chicken or going Greek with a chicken kebab and a greek salad

Don't hate me.... I actually need to gain a pound or so over this weekend. My new exercise program is kicking my butt and my trainer is on my case big time. He has me doing four sets of different push-ups as a warm up routine. The man is a master at finding my weak spots and pushing me until I get past them. So... I need to eat more to keep up.
B: two eggs
S: after my workout I usually have a protein shake
L: Pho without the noodles or MSG from a neighborhood restaurant where the food tastes homemade and they know me and cater to my strange "no carb" requests.
S: broccolini with walnut salad
D: sole with lemon sauce and heirloom tomato and olive oil salad
Probably a glass of wine or two when we go out tonight.
