I am a newbie getting ready for surgery. I need to lose 12 lbs before a date can be set. After reading for a while, I decided it's time to join in! So here I go.

B: BA chocolate protein, 2 T of PB2 and 6 oz of sugar free, plain almond milk. 8 oz coffee, 2T of half and half (yay coffee!)
S: 1/2 C of 0% fage greek yogurt, .33 unjury unflavored, 1 packet splenda, 1 small plum
L: 1/2 C romaine lettuce, 3 slices of dill pickle, 2.5 oz Bumblebee Albacore pouch, 1 T light mayo, 1 t deli style mustard
D: ? Have to go to the store
V: Done
W: 50 oz so far
E: Either aqua zumba or an on demand video. Did Piloxing at the gym last night...excellent work out!
B: 1 boiled egg and a mini light baby bel
L: 6 chick fil a grilled nuggets
S: Quest chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar
D: Not sure yet...likely a fried egg with a slice of bacon
