D: a McD's grilled chicken snack wrap...not the greatest but I'm headed to Coney Island to help a friend clean out her house and McD's is like the only fast place that's open right now besides Nathan's lol  I would love me some Nathan's cheese fries but we all know that's not happening!!!

S: Edy's tangerine fruit pop

I am a newbie getting ready for surgery.  I need to lose 12 lbs before a date can be set.  After reading for a while, I decided it's time to join in!  So here I go. 

B - egg beaters

S -  protein drink

L - turkey slices with LC cheese and a salad

S - Pure Protein bar

D - chicken skewers  with tomatoes

W= on track

E - my first PT at the gym.

V = need to work on

Hi everyone!

B:  BA chocolate protein, 2 T of PB2 and 6 oz of sugar free, plain almond milk.  8 oz coffee, 2T of half and half (yay coffee!)

S:  1/2 C of 0% fage greek yogurt, .33 unjury unflavored, 1 packet splenda, 1 small plum

L:  1/2 C romaine lettuce, 3 slices of dill pickle, 2.5 oz Bumblebee Albacore pouch, 1 T light mayo, 1 t deli style mustard

D:  ?  Have to go to the store

V:  Done

W:  50 oz so far

E:  Either aqua zumba or an on demand video.  Did Piloxing at the gym last night...excellent work out!

Okay I have to know, is spaghetti squash any good or does the texture need some getting used to? And how do you prepare it?

Considering I've been off pasta for years I think it's a great alternative.  You cut it in half, scoop out the seeds and bake it or some people microwave it.
