Yeah I agree that he's just uninformed. I had to educate my PCP on VSG because he had never heard of it. Like your PCP, he was the one *****commended WLS so I was a little stunned like you but in the end he learned something new and has actually recommended the procedure to other patients now that he knows about it.

Now I just tell any new doctor's that I've had a partial gastrectomy - they get that. Its just easier that way.
