B - Quest Protein Brownie and a Muscle Milk Light
L - 1/4 of a Chik-Fil-A Market Salad
S - Turkey Jerky, Goji Berry Trail Mix, Almonds
D - Beef Broccoli Stir Fry and Cauliflower fried rice
W - On track but slow
V - Nope I am in a pill hating mode lately need to put my big boy spanks on and get over it
E - Chest and Upper Body ealier today, need to run tonight but it is storming out, may go back to gym for an old school 20/20/20 cardio day.
B: two eggs
S: protein shake after a heavy lifting workout
L: soup, a new one Alan made up.
S: Chinese chicken salad, Frisco's recipe
D: stuffed trout ( I stuff it with garlic and lemon and then grill it). cucumber salad and heirloom tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and a touch of olive oil.
Workout: biceps, shoulders, chest and abs along with a 20 min elliptical workout.
Just getting back into the healthy habit game so here is what my day looked like:
B: Six Star Decadent Chocalate Whey Protein Shake
S: Pure Protein Frosty Chocalate Shake (2 pieces sugarfree gum)
L: Advantedge French Vanilla Shake
I know it is bad but I can eat a lot and I am more of a dinner eater:
2 cups steamed zuchinni, I.5 cups steamed carrots, I eyeballed the chicken to be about 4-6 ounces and a soy/wine sauce concoction on the diet menu of my local chinese resturant. It comes with steamed white rice and it probably is suppossed to serve 2-4 people. I ate all of it except the rice (I gave that to my kids). I also had the sauce on the side and only used about 1/3 of a cup.
I walked to and from work which according to mapquest is about 1.4 miles in each direction. I had either 90-118g is protein (depending on the actual amount of chicken I consumed) and 29 net carbs. If my calculations are correct I had about 800 calories for the day.

B: Coffe-not a breakfast eater-I've tried
L: grilled California garlic chicken breast-grilled last night and separated into 3 servings
S: carrots, radishes & strawberries
D: the remainder of my California garlic grilled chicken breast
S: Quest apple pie protein bar
S: (In place of breakfast)-will have some beef jerky
Water-48 ounces so far but will get the last 16 ounces in!
