S: Iced Coffee w/F Almond Sryup, 1/4 cup Hood CC 2% milk (17 cals)

L: 4 mini buffalo chicken wings

S: Nacho Kale Chips (Brad's Raw Leafy Kale, nacho flavor ... I found these at Home Goods, yum!)

D: Chicken Sausage w/1 over easy egg

Water & Vits on track!

Exercise: 30 Day Shred, Day 7???  I didn't workout all weekend ... BAD GIRL!!! But it's a new week with new goals, get it!)

I just wanted you to know you inspired me to pop open my DVD of the 30 Day Shred and start it. I've been looking at it and thinking it about for too long. It was time to actually DO it.

Hope Jillian kicked your butt as much as mine currently hurts! :)

Hey Beth, I'm happy to hear I inspired you! I was trying to figure out just how many days I went without this workout ... I think it's been since last Wed. or Thurs.? See? I'm a bad girl but I'm gonna get back on it again tonight. One day at a time & I'm just trying to make this a habit. Good luck my friend!!!

Happy Monday!  I wasn't on OH all weekend either.  On Saturday I went to the Great GoogaMooga festival in Brooklyn.  Food, music, and lots of wine.  I can't say I was the best lil sleever I could be but damn I had a good time!  lol

B: greek egg muffins

L: chicken sausage, sauteed escarole, and 2 dr. praegar's broccoli bites

S: organic popcorn

D: not sure, going out with hubby tonight to see a show...he's paying for dinner so I guess he's picking! :)

S: SF popsicles

Missed you Cali girls this weekend.

Today's my first day back to work.   The day started with my first follow up with the surgeon.  Went well.  And now I'm plowing through an 8 hr day.  Feeling good and getting my water in!!!

B...Syntrax Lemonade

S...Syntrax Choc. Truffle with Almond milk

Water - 52 down, 28 to go...

Ex....quick 15 min walk at lunch - better than nothing!
