1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese (meant to buy non fat) manderian oranges (light)

3oz shrimp w/****tail sauce

3oz tuna

2oz chicken

1/2 cup egg low fat egg salad

3miles on the treadmill

B - Protein Shake

B2 - Eggs and Bacon, Coffee

L - Quest Bar, Pretzel Crisps (just 4 of them)

S - Almonds, Rice Cake

D - Squid, Shrimp Chili Paste, Brown Rice, Clear Soup

W - Way behind

V - Nope

E - Short dog walk
