Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
I'm all off schedule today! Slept in and wanted to do my treadmill before my dr's appt, which would have been fine, but then I got done 5 minutes before my appt! Had to jump in the shower, throw a dress and flip flops on and run out the door, so no breakfast, duh!
L: 3 oz of sauteed chicken breast and crab meat left over from dinner last night.
S: 1/2 cup of fage plain greek yogurt and 1/2 packet of chocolate spendor unjury powder
D: Ugh, not sure....going to son's Lacrosse game right after dinner, so will stop and get something to cook after that.
S: Will need to do a protein shake for sure after this day!
V: Not yet (in my hand now)
W: 30 oz so far
X: 1 hour on treadmill (ran for 10 minutes straight....new high!)

1 egg/egg white sausage scramble with a but of cheese
S- body fortress/coffee/ almond milk protein drink
L- tuna, cottage cheese, sweet pepper
D- chicken breast, cauliflower bake

X- 50min run/50min dog walk
Kind of feeling like crap! For the past few days I have been having terrible anxiety and I have no idea why. I am not really worrying about anything they just came out of no where and it sucks! Dr gave me something but it isn't helping yet.
B: cottage cheese
S: turkey pepperoni chips
L: KFC 6 piece chicken bites
D: 3oz of meat, asparagus
S: If I a good I will have a protein shake, I just dread them

At the risk of sounding like a broken record here...you might try a good calcium/magnesium supplement. I get anxious when my magnesium is low so I suspect that "could" possibly be an issue for you - ? You might also consider adding just little bit more carbohydrate to you diet than what it appears you are getting.

L: premier shake again.
D: making crustless taco pizza recipe i found.
E- 1 mile walk 2x day
v- missing b-12 and calcium. Take when i get home.

1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
"In between snacks"
1 LF graham cracker with .25 TB of Natural Peanut Butter
.5 cup Quaker Oats Squares (dry)
On the menu for dinner:
grilled chicken, I'll weigh and eat 2.5 oz
1/8 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/8 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 very small, steamed red potato
I end every day with another 8 oz skim milk
