E - 2 mile walk with the pup first thing this morning, running sprints with a buddy in about 30 mins, 3 mile run tonight, rebuilding my office later.

D Spinach salad with 3oz baked chicken----------------------------------someone brought chocolate kisses to work I had one & enjoyed it with no guilt ( refuse to beat myself up)~~ 3.5 miles on the treadmill
