B: one finn crisp cracker, one slice ultra thin Sargento Colby Jack cheese and 6 BH turkey pepperoni
L: about a half cup of roasted chicken, some salad, and perhaps a bite or two of roasted potatoes
S: organic popcorn
D: Italian spaghetti squash bake: spaghetti squash, TJ's "just the sauce" turkey bolognese, a scoop of ricotta and some mozz. melted on the top...pair it with a small side salad
S: SF popsicles
