I am one month out and enjoying most foods. Have little trouble with trying new things.
B: Syntrax Mint cookie protein and coffee
L: 3 oz salmon salad with mayo and peas- two slices turkey pepperoni
D:3 oz BBQ chicken, cooked broccoli and carrots
S: 3 tortilla chips with 1 oz hummus
Water: 34 oz so far
Vitamins- ok
Exercise- 1 hour water aerobics - first time back to the pool!
Nutrition: 887 calories ;93g protein, 45g carb; 29g fat
B: coffee
L: 4 oz. broiled pork chop, spoon of green beans
D: scrambled eggs with diced ham and cheese
S: yoplait greek yogurt
Water: 3/8
Vitamins: tonight
Exercise: off day
