B: Espresso with Mint Cookie Protien shake amde with 1/2c Almond milk, 1/2c. water and some SF Peppermint Torani
S: 5 Almonds
L: 2 oz Ricotta Bake
S: 1 oz Beef Jerky or 2oz rotisserie chicken with 2tsp BBQ sauce
D: 3 shrimp and 1 tbsp ****tail sauce or 2oz rotisserie chicken with 2 tsp BBQ sauce
S: Depends on if I'm hungry and what my stats look like at that point in the day.
UGH, let's not even talk about the eating rampage I went on yesterday. I basically ate NOTHING nutritious...whatever I hit a bump in the road and got lazy. My week is also jam packed so not sure when or if exercise will happen...we shall see! Rent the Runway appointment is TOMORROW, I will post about it when it happens :) Tonight is haircut night! Cutting off AT LEAST 6 inches!

Kicked butt at the gym yesterday. Hope to do it again today.
On a side note, my primary care doc said I needed to lay off the protein a little. I've been getting mild kidney infections and she thinks the high protein may be exacerbating the situation. I haven't officially "tracked" my food recently other than making sure I kept my calories under 1,600 and I still always go for protein first. After using MFP for a few days I realize I'm getting an average of 120 grams of protein a day. Eeek. She said I should be closer to 65 grams daily (I should land around 70-75 today).

L: Apple slices, garden salad w/ Newman's Own balsamic vinaigrette dressing

S: 4 or 5 fresh strawberries with SF chocolate syrup drizzle and SF whipped cream (had some yesterday, 60 calories of yumminess, and that's with double SF whipped cream)
