1/2 cup low fat egg salad

3 oz imitation crab

1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/2 cup greek yogurt

salmon burger

diet hot coco & protein shake

1.5 miles on the treadmill already another 1.5 miles after work

S: 5 Almonds

L: 2 oz Ricotta Bake

S: 1 oz Beef Jerky or 2oz rotisserie chicken with 2tsp BBQ sauce

D: 3 shrimp and 1 tbsp ****tail sauce or 2oz rotisserie chicken with 2 tsp BBQ sauce

S: Depends on if I'm hungry and what my stats look like at that point in the day.

UGH, let's not even talk about the eating rampage I went on yesterday.  I basically ate NOTHING nutritious...whatever I hit a bump in the road and got lazy.  My week is also jam packed so not sure when or if exercise will happen...we shall see!  Rent the Runway appointment is TOMORROW, I will post about it when it happens :)  Tonight is haircut night!  Cutting off AT LEAST 6 inches!  smiley

B:  BA Chocolate protein with 6 oz almond milk

S:  1/2 c fage greek yogurt with 1/2 pouch of chocolate unjury powder

L:  Small Italian wedding soup from Wawa (I'll most likely eat half), small chicken salad

D:  Have to go to the store on way home tonight....forgot had to babysit Magoo last night, so just had leftover breakfast from Mother's Day brunch yesterday.

V: Done

W:  70 oz so far

X:  HAVE to work out tonight...unless I count carrying Magoo up and down the stairs & bathing him last night, NO exercise yesterday!

Kicked butt at the gym yesterday. Hope to do it again today. 

On a side note, my primary care doc said I needed to lay off the protein a little. I've been getting mild kidney infections and she thinks the high protein may be exacerbating the situation. I haven't officially "tracked" my food recently other than making sure I kept my calories under 1,600 and I still always go for protein first. After using MFP for a few days I realize I'm getting an average of 120 grams of protein a day. Eeek. She said I should be closer to 65 grams daily (I should land around 70-75 today). 

B: Click shake made with 4 oz. of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water

S: Quest cookie dough protein bar

L: Apple slices, garden salad w/ Newman's Own balsamic vinaigrette dressing

S: Starkist Tuna Creations packet pre-workout, Small banana post-workout

D: Spinach and asiago chicken sausage, grilled asparagus with tomatoes and feta

S: 4 or 5 fresh strawberries with SF chocolate syrup drizzle and SF whipped cream (had some yesterday, 60 calories of yumminess, and that's with double SF whipped cream)

Liquids: good

Vits: have to pick some more up

Exercise: Heading to the gym after work. Cardio/strength training/sauna
