It's TUESDAY and that means I eat more carbs and get to eat my Popeyes lol!!!  Change of plans.  Since I am having a SUPER DUPER hungry day I've modified and this is the current plan.

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; TJ Blueberry Fiber Muffin
S:  3/4 Pack Flamas Sunflower Seeds
S:  1 Tbsp Biscotti Spread
L:  Spaghetti Squash; Meat Sauce
S:  Tuna Cup; 1 Tbsp Mayo
D:  6oz Burger Patty; Spinach Salad

Water:  6/12 (slow start I see)
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  5 miles

Nutrition 1,201 calories; 126g protein; 73g carbs; 48g fat; 23g fiber;

Another long week BUT the sun is shining so I can take it!
B- coffee, sf creamer
A few bites of some coffee cake
S- body fortress protein drink
L- shrimp over romaine with remoulade
S- egg/sausage scramble
D- chicken breast, broccoli

X- interval run (37 min)
Dog walk (50min)
W-good

Happy Popeye's Day Ms. Shell!!!  I love me some fried chicken & jalapeno's, it's the best way to eat chicken!!! 

B: Iced Coffee w/Coffee Mate Sugar Free Vanilla, yum!

S: Chike Coffee w/1cup Hood CC 2% milk, 8 oz. water

L: Pizza toppings ... cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers

S: maybe a quest cookie dough bar

D: not sure ... I have to go to Open House at my son's school.  I won't be eating until late but maybe 1/2 Habanero Jack Chicken Sausage w/ 1 egg over easy.

I just put 1 whole scoop of Mint cookie protein and 1/2 of the Chike coffee protein ( One whole one would be waaay to much,lol) and 1/2 cup almond milk and 3/4 cup water and alot of ice. It tastes good to me, But I honestly enjoy it better with the chocolate truffle & Chike, but I have it on order right now, lol

So you use 1 scoop of mint cookie & 1 scoop of Chike since 1 scoop of Chike is considered 1/2 serving?

Mint Cookies & Coffee... dang ... sounds good but nothing like the real thing, eh Gabbz???
