It's TUESDAY and that means I eat more carbs and get to eat my Popeyes lol!!! Change of plans. Since I am having a SUPER DUPER hungry day I've modified and this is the current plan.
B: Protein Shake
S: Coffee; TJ Blueberry Fiber Muffin
S: 3/4 Pack Flamas Sunflower Seeds
S: 1 Tbsp Biscotti Spread
L: Spaghetti Squash; Meat Sauce
S: Tuna Cup; 1 Tbsp Mayo
D: 6oz Burger Patty; Spinach Salad
Water: 6/12 (slow start I see)
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 5 miles
Nutrition 1,201 calories; 126g protein; 73g carbs; 48g fat; 23g fiber;

I just put 1 whole scoop of Mint cookie protein and 1/2 of the Chike coffee protein ( One whole one would be waaay to much,lol) and 1/2 cup almond milk and 3/4 cup water and alot of ice. It tastes good to me, But I honestly enjoy it better with the chocolate truffle & Chike, but I have it on order right now, lol
