I'm sure some don't consider housework exercise but if you saw my old Kirby vacuum that I swear weighs 100 lbs you'd
be counting it for exercise too! ;-)

2tbsp Splenda
2lg eggs
1tbso vanilla extract
1/2-1cup pumpkin ( I like more)
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1tsp baking powder
1scoop protein powder (I use unflavored unjury)*** just b/c I had it and didn't like it in a shake***
1/4 cup crushed almonds
Preheat on 350 mix cream cheese,pumpkin until smooth add one egg at a time
Add vanilla, pumpkin until smooth then add protein powder little at a time and mix well
Add almonds to top of unbanked muffin 6-8 muffins or make double batch
Bake 20-25 mins or until center comes out clean w knife.
Use myfitnesspal to get stats...
