B: protein espresso decaf with vanilla protein powder and coconut milk. Added cheese stick because I shared the espresso drink with hubby!
L: lean ground beef party and sugar snap peas
S: planning quest banana nut bar before Boot Camp
D: salmon and feta cucumber tomato salad
Water working on 9th cup now
Vits in
Boot Camp tonight and I climbed 15 flights stairs at work

I haven't been feeling well today so I haven't eaten much.....

B: Simple Truth protein bar

S: handful of air popped popcorn

L: I slept through lunch

S:nothing

D: chicken fajitas

Vits: still have 3 doses of calcium

Water: about 50oz so far

D: Very small portion of homemade spaghetti made with dreamfield's pasta.

Sitting at 900 calories right now so that's it - fini - no more for today!!!

Exercise: Housework/walking

I'm sure some don't consider housework exercise but if you saw my old Kirby vacuum that I swear weighs 100 lbs you'd

be counting it for exercise too! ;-)

4oz lt cream cheese
2tbsp Splenda
2lg eggs
1tbso vanilla extract
1/2-1cup pumpkin ( I like more)
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1tsp baking powder
1scoop protein powder (I use unflavored unjury)*** just b/c I had it and didn't like it in a shake***
1/4 cup crushed almonds

Preheat on 350 mix cream cheese,pumpkin until smooth add one egg at a time
Add vanilla, pumpkin until smooth then add protein powder little at a time and mix well
Add almonds to top of unbanked muffin 6-8 muffins or make double batch
Bake 20-25 mins or until center comes out clean w knife.

Use myfitnesspal to get stats...
It's bout 91 cal 3 carbs 6 fat 6 protein 85 sod 1sugar If u do a double batch they are yummy but I've only use one type of protein powder and others make this slightly different!!
