B: a small piece of sugar free pistachio cake that I made for mother's day...the rest is being given away

L: well I bought and made a Bistro Selection sausage from Walmart (Jenn's fav haha) I'm not sure what I'll pair it with, something from the salad bar probably.  I also have a slice of provolone and turkey pepperoni

S: organic popcorn

D: not sure, heading to a girlfriend's house to help her clean out the basement (having construction done)

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: ok

Vits: ok

X: not tonight

Transitioning back to work this week. Working from home for the week. So far, so good.

Its going really well. I've had fish, chicken, turkey, eggs and cheese without any issue. I know I'm really lucky. I feel blessed!

Diet hot coco w/chocolate low fat low carb protein~ 6 am

4oz baked chicken~ 9am

1/2 cup low fat egg salad 12 or 1pm~

4oz tuna low fat mayo & mustard 6pm~

1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/2 cup greek yogurt 3pm~

diet hot coco w/ chocolate low carb& fat protein 8 or 9pm~

Vitamins ~ done

Water/crystal light  all day long ~one hour after eating~ stop 30 mins before eating

I don't know why but down here people want to feed you on mother's day and any other holiday, damn. will try and do better today.

B: Matrix very vanilla shake with almond milk

D: diced pork with smothered green beans and onions

exercise: walking without my walker or cane, yay!

S- Plain Greek Yogurt w/ Blueberries

L- Left-Overs: Red Lobster  Broiled Fish w/ Seasoned Grilled Veggies, 1 Cheddar Biscuit YUMMM

S- Protein Shake, Almonds

D- Not Sure Maybe Grilled Pork Loin

Vits- All

Liquids- ALWAYS MORE 32 oz maybe

Exercise- Gym Weight Class & Body Combat Class
