Good morning everyone!!!  It's a GREAT day to have a job and be INSIDE in the air conditioning in So Cal!!!  Yup Yup feeling blessed =)

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Kale/Spinach; Flax)
S:  Coffee; Carbmaster Yogurt Banana Cream Pie
L:  Chicken Soup
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Fiber Mix)
D:  6oz Burger Patty

Water:  9/13
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Kettlebells

L: Al Fresco chicken sausage - the basil and tomato one.  (Saw them on here and going to try them!)

S: Protein fruit drink, string cheese

It's a little chilly here in Jersey today!

B:  BA Chocolate shake, 6 oz sugar free almond milk

L:  2.5 oz grilled chicken thigh, 3 grilled shrimp, 1 T of sauteed spinach, 1 T of sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes

S:  1/2 c of fage plain with 1/3 pack of unjury strawberry protein mix

D: ??  Have to go to the store to get something to make

W:  40 oz so far

V:  Taking now

E:  Not sure yet, but something at the gym!

I think this pain patch is actually helping. I only have twinges and now and then. So glad because I can DRIVE again. Hydrocodone SUCKS.

Ms Shell, can you send some of that warm weather over here? It was a stretch to wear my open toes today, lol :)
