It's a little chilly here in Jersey today!
B: BA Chocolate shake, 6 oz sugar free almond milk
L: 2.5 oz grilled chicken thigh, 3 grilled shrimp, 1 T of sauteed spinach, 1 T of sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes
S: 1/2 c of fage plain with 1/3 pack of unjury strawberry protein mix
D: ?? Have to go to the store to get something to make
W: 40 oz so far
V: Taking now
E: Not sure yet, but something at the gym!
I think this pain patch is actually helping. I only have twinges and now and then. So glad because I can DRIVE again. Hydrocodone SUCKS.
