I guess now that I am sleeved I can participate on this thread too :)
B: 1 cup chicken broth with 1 scoop unflavored Sytrax powder
L: 1 cup unsweetened apple juice; working on an Isopure zero carb RTD
D: rest of Isopure; probably some decaf tea (or anything that sounds good to get in all my liquids)
I will go for a walk in a little bit when my boyfriend gets home. I don't start vitamins for a few days.

B: Chike shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and SF chocolate Torani
S: Cottage cheese w/ 3 diced fresh strawberries and SF vanilla Cafe Al Fresco
L: Apple pie Quest bar
S: Fresh nectarine at work, later probably a handful of almonds pre-workout and a banana post-workout
D: Not sure yet. Might be spinach and asiago chicken sausage, might be steak. Either one will have a garden salad with it and 2 or 3 tbsp. rice
S: Cottage cheese or GY with berries and SF flavoring syrup
Liquids: Okay
Vits: Half done
Exercise: Gym tonight. Went yesterday too. One more day and I'll have my 3 workouts done for the week.
B: protein coffee
L: 3 bites of chili and 1/2 piece of jalapeno cheese cornbread
D: Southwestern red chicken soup
S: Rx-Mini protein bar
Water: working on it
Vitamins: done
