Exercise:  5 miles on deck for the evening

Whaaaaat?!?!?!  Why no Popeye's???? 

B: Iced Coffee & Carbmaster Carrot Cake Yogurt (yum!)

S: Nacho flavored Kale Chips (1/2 serving)

L: 2 small scoops of Tuna Salad on Romaine & Tomato Slices, some sliced jalapenos

S: mini sweet peppers w/1 LC cream cheese wedge

D: Church's Chicken thigh & leg (I am gonna try to remove most of the skin.  I'm eating with my parent's tonight & my mom will make me ... wah!!!)

Water & Vits need to be on track today.  I forgot my mutli & B12 yesterday.

Exercise: 30 Day Shred ... I sho betta!!!

Quiet day here, but a long one.  Wide awake at 4:30am and won't be home until 7pm.  UGH!

B...Syntrax Lemonade

L....Chicken / gravy

D...Hmmm..making turkey meatloaf for hubs. Going to try a small piece.  Just ran it through the recipe builder on MFP.  99 cal per per serving, 4 gr carb, 4 gr fat, 10 gr protein.  And I'll use a touch of low sugar ketchup.  YUM!

B: two eggs

S: cabbage salad

L: Russian chicken cutlet ( basically ground chicken breast, egg, spices) with Greek salad

S: ground veggie and nut  stuffed red bell pepper with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese sprinkle

D: caramelized onions stuffed into a smoked pork chop with  cabernet sauce and cauliflower mashed potatoes.

This is my last quiet week because school is out on Friday and kids will be home. Happy for Summer but gonna miss MY time!!!
