Hope everyone is having a great Saturday. I'm with Ms. She'll. I have no idea what I am eating today but I'm going to aim for the following even though I have to drin****d coffee before I eat anything. I know it's no protein but whatever!!!
S: 1/2 cup Hood Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk (waaaay to sweet for my liking to drink it by itself. I wanted to try it so bad but now I don't know what to do with the rest of the 1/2 gallon)
B: 1/2 habanero Monterey Jack chicken sausage w/1 over medium egg, yum!
S: 1 serving Rosemary & Black Pepper Almonds, love these!
D: @ El Cholo Mexican restaurant for my friends birthday. I don't care for this place but I'm craving soup so either Menudo or Albondigas I hope!

2) 1/2 cup of low fat egg salad
3) 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese w/1/2 cup nonfat-greek yogart
4) 2.5 oz tuna fish
5) 1/2 cup non-fat sugar-free Vanilla latte
6) 4oz pulled pork
7) diet hot coco & protein shake
Tons of water to help with any "feelings of hunger".
B: Well, I started with an Atkins shake but when we were out running around I suddenly got that "low" feeling so we stopped at McDeath and I got an egg mcmuffin and ate half of it. :-(
L: 1/2 C Cottage Cheese and 4 slices of cucumber (laying low after my crappy breakfast!)
