D: not sure, doing late class kickboxing with hubby and I'm thinking of just whipping up a frittata with egg whites, feta cheese, tomatoes, and scallions paired with a little salad. Yummo, quick, and easy.
S: SF popsicle
Fluid: almost done with my first 32oz cup
Vits: need two more calciums

D: Chicken sausage (the ones suggested by Jenn!! OMG!!!! These are the Fajita flavor and are muy yummo!!!!) with steamed fresh broccoli
S: 2% cottage cheese w/ SF caramel Torani and 3 diced fresh strawberries

Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Gym tonight. Cardio-Strength Training-Sauna.
I'm sick :( Doc gave me a zpack and instructions to stay away from other humans for 48 hours. Add that to the chronic back pain (and I had to reschedule with the surgeon since I didn't want to make his office sick today - he can't see me until June 18th unless there's a cancelation) and I'm having major "woe is me" moments today. I'd usually drown myself in whatever crap food I could find, but I'm not and don't care to. Progress.
B - boiled egg with laughing cow cheese
L - barigoodfood.com's soup of some sort, gotta check the freezer
D - probably a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and some sort of veg, hubby is sick too, so no cooking
S - pumpkin seeds or turkey slices or something. I dunno

D- 2.5oz flounder, broccoli

X- 50min dog walk, 35min run.
Busy day here. Started with a dental appt. Ugh! Need a root canal. It's scheduled for Thursday. Just want to get it done before I head back to work. Just finished up with a facial . Now it's time for a cut/color. Yeah!!
