Good morning!! I'm a little off today, but here's my menu plan. It's starting to be an interesting week!! I have NOTHING to make this my "high carb" but considering my norm is under 50, 73 will have to do!!
7am: Boiled Egg
9am: Coffee; Atkins Blueberry Baked Square; 2 tbsp peanut butter
1pm: Cilantro Chicken; Cabbage Soup
4pm: Remaining Cabbage Soup
6pm: Protein Shake (post workout)
8pm: Popeyes Leg & Thigh
Calories 1,275; Protein 113; Carbs 73; Fat 63; Fiber 25
Water: 4/16
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 4 miles
NEXT...
73 is good! That is a "high" carb day for us!
B - Chocolate Protein Shake with Starbucks Instant Coffee and Caramel Machiato Creamer (sugar free)
S - Celsius Drink
L - Ham and cheese rollup
S - turkey
D - Tacos (no shell) so really a taco salad
S - protein shake
W - slow but on track
V - vits yes, other supps not yet (been really bad last two days, swallowed a pill sideways last week so...)
E - gym this afternoon, 5k run tonight.
I ate a side salad from Carl's Jr. with 3/4 of a bleu cheese dressing packet. Put my cals over 1200 for the day yesterday. Now I know why I pretty much gave up salad dressings!!!
B: Spinach Mozzarella Chicken Sausage (had my brewed iced coffee on the way to work ... because it makes me happy when I'm sitting in traffic)
S: Flaming hot peanuts 1 serving
L: 2 slices of light bologna & 1 reduced fat havarti cheese slice
S: quest cookie dough protein bar (I find this helps me resist the bad stuff!)
D: cappuccino latte protein shake w/HOOD CC & 2 tbsn Hershey's Chocolate syrup
S: sugar free banana popsicle
Water & Vits are on track
Exercise: proud to say since I've been so lazy for months ... DAY 3 OF 30 DAY SHRED.... Yay Me! I could barely sit without my legs aching as I squatted this morning but that means it's working so I have to keep it up. Sweet ol' Jillian says in her DVD that I will feel better & stronger by day 5-7. I gotta do this!!!

Had to get my fasting blood work done this morning, so I'm all thrown off schedule!
B: BA chocolate shake, 6 oz almond milk sugar gree
L: Brought in chicken thigh and 1 piece of grilled romaine, 1 olive and 2 small chunks of cucumber..I'll be eating this around 2!
D: Pork sirloin with sugar free orange marmalade and dijon mustard glaze. Spinach
S: Should have at least one snack at some point....probably greek yogurt with protein mix
W: Only 20 so far....drinking now
V: Calcium and B12 done, still have to do multis
E: Thinking doing a Comcast OnDemand video (did my treadmill last night and doing aqua zumba tomorrow...I need something different tonight).
