B: 2 skinny crisps w/ a dab of peanut butter  /  half an Atkins shake

S: 1/4 Quest bar - iced coffee w/ protein

L: 1/2 C Chili - ham/cheese roll-up

S: Atkins bar

D: 3 oz pork chop / cucumber slices in red wine vinegar

Water: 8 cups and counting

Vites: Done

Exercise: Walked
