E - Gym at 2:30 chest and upper body, running tonight (ran 5k yesterday but have another one in 2 weeks)
Ahhh MAINTENANCE!! I hate you! LOL.....my weight is falling, falling, falling and eating is so hard now! Weight loss was the easy part! Such a mind game I tell you!
Pre-Breakfast - BIG coffee from one of those ridiculously overpriced coffee shops ;)
Breakfast - 1 Egg and 2 Egg White Omelette with Mushrooms and Spinach
Lunch - Salad with Chopped Chicken and Feta Cheese
Snack - 1/2 an Apple with 1 Tbs of Organic Almond Butter plus an Iced Coffee from McDonalds (only a dollar....all summer)
Dinner - Turkey Sausage with Grilled Peppers & Onions with a wee bit of Balsamic Glaze
SOOO hungry today. Ugghhh...
B: protein coffee latte with coconut milk
S: lean ground beef patty grilled
L: salad and cole slaw, quest bar
D: rotisserie chicken and chana masala, zucchini squash if I have room for it

I did the 30 Day Shred last night & my poor legs feel it today. Damn, I am out of shape. The jumping jacks, butt kicks, & squats killed me but I plan to torture myself again tonight. I have to stick to this!

S: 1/2 serving flaming hot peanuts (I wish I didn't like these so much, they are addicting!)

S: maybe a quest cookie dough bar to get my sweet fix!

Vites - well **** if i Dont stop drinking these protein shakes, i'll never get all my iron in today, but it's a mental health day, and I need my protein shakes...soooo, the iron will have to wait till tomorrow.
Ex: i had PT this morning and did some core stabilization work and my abs hurt. I wanted to swim afterwards, but my energy was ZERO. I might take a nap in a bit and try and swim this afternoon.

L- 1.5oz canned chicken, 1.5 T salsa, shredded cheese, taco sauce with 2 taco chips crumbled on top
S- quest bar
D- baked chicken salad w/1T remoulade
I should add that I walked for 30min and ran 45min
My water is on track and I have a me tal block with vitamins- boo!
B: two eggs, sunny side-up
L: I had a whole plan, but then Frisco went ahead and posted that dang scallop picture and I can't get it out of my mind.... hmm...scallops if I can get Alan to go to the store right now otherwise, I am having them for dinner.
S: cold Summer borscht with Greek yogurt.
D: Homemade smoked sausage with champagne mustard sauce and cucumber, dill salad.
S: steamed artichoke with yogurt sauce stuffed with baby shrimp.
