Glad to see you are back, Ms. Shell!

I've been lurking, but haven't posted too much lately. The end of the semester definitely took a hold on me.

B:  Protein Yogurt (greek yogurt, 1 scoop of isopure chocolate, 1 tbsp PB2)
S:  Premier Protein Vanilla (Vanilla tastes AWESOME. Don't know why it took me so long to try)
L:  Deli Roll-ups (Ham, cheese and avocado)
S:  Not sure, may not even have another today
D:  Strip Steak with some fresh cauliflower

Water: Haven't started yet. Slept in a little late, but I'll get it in.

Vitamins: Gotta go grab them!

Exercise: Hope to go for a walk with my Mom later.

B: half a quest banana nut muffin bar and a clementine

L: leftover tamale casserole

S: organic popcorn

D: chicken roll ups with sausage "stuffing".  I use turkey sausage, crumble it, and saute with onions and celery and a little cheese.  Roll it up in chicken and make a light wine based tomato-y sauce.  Yummy and full of protein.  I'll probably have a little sauteed kale on the side if there's room :)

Fluid: working on it

Vits: need them

Please send me the recipe for the chicken roll up! I have LOADS of lean ground pork that I could use for something like this when I'm further out. Hope my belly likes pork...

Hey girl,

I use this recipe from Cooking Light:

somestimes I use breadcrumbs and other times I don't, it doesn't really make a huge difference to me except sometimes the sausage needs a "binder".  Play with it and see what you like.  I use turkey sausage instead of regular sausage and I add a little tomato paste to the sauce at the end.  It's yummy!

Thanks!! I've seen people here use crushed pork rinds for a binder...not a lot though. And I'm going to play around with coconut flour, too.

Welcome back!

Good weekend had here. Great weather! Did first grocery trip since surgery. I bought cottage cheese. The rest was for hubs and the kitties. So weird to not see a full cart and any junk.
