Thats it how do you do it?? Goal was 175 in now at 166, and I'm 5'9 It kind of scares me a little when I think of it.  I guess one thing would be do more weights and less cardio? Any ideas I've got to find a way to balance!!

Continue with the exercise, but add healthy fats, like avocado, nut butters, seeds, nuts to your diet. They are dense calories and low volume.

Are you tracking your eating? If so, add 100 calories a day for a week, then another 100, until you stabilise and maybe gain a pound or 2, then back off. Now is when you can start adding back small portions of whole grains, more veg and some fruit. As long as you stick to healthy, non-crap foods you should be fine.

If you're anything like me ALL sweets are total sliders, so not a good path to start along.

If you aren't tracking it'll be harder to increase calories in a controlled way, so maybe track for a few weeks to see what you're eating now before starting to increase your calories.

Congratulations for getting to goal!

You have to increase calories, smartly.  It can be harder than you think.  Follow the same rules - look for sources of protein.  I added breads back in, allowing myself a sandwich on whole grain bread.  Cheese, nuts, etc.  Be careful and watch for your triggers.  For me, I found that certain foods would wake my carb monster up and make me focus on certain foods.  I added a lot of fruits as snacks, like an apple on my evening walk or black plums.

Its the same formula - calories in versus calories out.  Now you have to bring them closer into balance than keeping calories out higher.

Same height sitting at 175 and I actually would love to see 155 but dr wants me to stop at 165. A bit of room while you hit maintenance isn't too bad but understand you wanting to stop the weight loss if you are happy with that weight.

Congrats on hitting goal.
