Longest Friday ever!!!!!!!  Agreed!

B:  BA Vanilla shake; 6 oz coconut/almond milk

L:  3 oz albacore tuna, 1/2 T of light mayo, 1/2 t of dijon mustard

S:  The same as lunch (but 2.5 oz instead of 3)

D:  ??  I have SO much stinkin homework to do, but we'll have to eat something! 

V:  2 calcium, 1 B12 and found 2 multi's in my lunch bag lol!  Taking them now

W:  60 oz already!

E:  I'll have to get a walk in there somewhere.

Tomorrow I'm having a combined birthday party for 4 people at my house with my Dad (there'll be like 12-15 people there). I see cake in my future...Thank goodness he always brings chocolate cake, which frankly I could take or leave. Now if it were spice or carrot cake that would be another story.

B: Chike iced coffee protein shake w/ chocolate Soy Slender milk

S: Chai latte k-cup

L: Quest brownie protein bar

S: Monster Rehab non-carbonated energy drink (20 calories)

D: Erg. Not sure. Have to stop by the grocery store quickly on the way home for bread (for the kids), might get some soup or something else to just heat up. Caught a cold a couple days ago that's whooping my ass.

S: Maybe some Chobani w/ preserves or a ham and cheese roll-up. We'll see. 

Liquids: Chugging away.

Vits: Half done, will finish when I get home. 

Exercise: Off today.

B:  forgot to eat

S: EAS low carb shake

L: 2 ounces meatloaf, cut veggies, 1 ounce hummus

S: Fibergourmet half calorie crackers, cinnamon

D:  Going out with the hubby and given I only ate 675 calories I have some room to spare.  Not sure where we are headed, but I will be looking up the menu before I eat.  Would hate to blow a good day by a stupid mistake.

B:  just coffee, had to go to doctor and was approved to get a walker with a seat, now I can start walking

L:  went with friends, had 1 slice of pizza and green salad

D:  hamburger patty

S:  greek yogurt

Water: done

Vitamins: done

Exercise: ran errands and unloaded groceries
