On the way to the gym- Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk/Chocolate Splendor Protein Shake

B: Protein Oatmeal- Apples n Cinnamon

L: 2 homemade Chicken meatballs- ¼ cup sauce

S: Protein Krinkles

D: 2oz grilled chicken/ homemade broccoli & cauliflower soup

S: Protein Shake

Water: 7 down

Vitamins: On track

Exercise: 20 min- elliptical/10 min treadmill/15 min strength

Breakfast - 0% Greek yogurt with 1/2cup of frozen berries and some Splenda.
Lunch - Costco sweet kale salad mmmm
Dinner - I'm hoping the first BBQ of the year, I've got steaks out. Have to find time to go get propane though.

This Friday is draggggginngggggggg.  I'm going GLAMPING this weekend to a music festival haha.  Should be interesting.  Also, my scale says I weigh EXACTLY the same as I did last Friday...me thinks it might be time for a new scale. 

B: a quarter of a bialy toasted with RF scallion cream cheese and a tomato

L: arugula salad with proscuitto and melon, balsamic vinaigrette on the side!  

S: COFFEE I'm so tired...Starbucks Hazelnut Macchiato!  YUM!

D: as I said, we are GLAMPING it up tonight.  We are bringing cold cuts up for tonight's dinner so I'm assuming I'll just roll some up and enjoy before catching the late night shows!
