My unsolicited/un professional advice...add in some healthy fats. I don't see a whole lot of fats in your list there. Nuts, Avocado, Flax Seeds, stuff like that. They are calorie dense and help to regulate hormones in women too. Some full fat greek yogurt with some sugar free preserves and a packet of stevia works nicely for me.

My PhD opinion (that's pretty hot diva) is that weight loss really does stabilize after a year.  I remember like 100 years ago (1984) my sisters doctor told her for WLS patients who lose all their weight BEFORE the first year, that by the first year the surgery isn't as a shock to the system and you just really stabilize.  It's what we can the "honey moon" so try NOT to worry to much.

B:  McDonald's egg white mcmuffin (actually the stats are not too bad on this for maintenance) 260 calories, 31 gram carb, 4 fiber, 18 protein, 10% iron, 25% calcium

S: fibergourmet cinnamon crackers (70 cals, 12 fiber, 4 protien)

L: detour low sugar protein bar (left work early for the docs and had to eat on the run)

S: German tomato soup (no clue on stats, but a lot of hamburger and cabbage and tomato)

D: meatloaf and corn on the cob

S: greek yogurt with sugar free pudding mixed in

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!

B: oatmeal, 1 strip bacon and 2.5 oz greek yogurt

S: 3.5 oz tuna

L: Half turkey sandwich on low carb bread loaded with veggies

S: Half an apple and sugar free pudding

D: Looks like nothing....tummy is a little upset

Water: 70oz

Vits: All but last set of vit D

Exercise: Cleaned house for an hour
