Wow 7 miles! Hey how do you cook your spaghetti squash? I can never get it to turn out. I like different kinds of squash and do eat them but have never been able to make that one work.

Been running around like an insane(-er) person today, forgot to eat until just now. Sigh. Never thought that would happen, but whatever.

Vitamins and water are behind, but I'm catching up.

Saw my Doc yesterday and he'd like my weight loss to stop. Which I'm actually cool with, and I sort of thought I was doing ok, but I've lost 5 lbs. since hitting goal in March. So, still losing slowly. He suggested changing my current 1200 calories to 1600 calories. My first attempt at that number will be today.
B: Chike coffee protein shake made with chocolate Soy Slender milk (OMG! Yummo!!!)
S: Dannon Light & Fit GY, pineapple flavor
L: Went out to a Chinese buffet with the kids on my lunch break. Had veggies, 1 small crab Rangoon (they're dinky, like the size of a quarter) and 1 scoop low-fat strawberry ice cream.
S: 3/4 Quest cookie dough protein bar
D: Feeling crappy, so something easy. Maybe scrambled eggs.
S: Miralax laced chai tea latte, some sort of protein (more GY?)
Still landing well below 1,600 calories, even with a not-so-great lunch. Not sure how to hit it without eating crap all day.
Liquids: A little behind, but will get there.
Vits: Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Got my 3 gym days in M-W. Might do some lunges and resistance bands at home tonight though.
