If you are drinking casein protein, look into Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Cake Batter in casein. The reg Cake Batter is my FAV protein of all time in whey, so perhaps it tastes decent as a chocolate version? More importantly, it's on sale at GNC and Netrition (I'm guessing they are ditching it?)

I will check it out. So far I am not crazy about the casein. Its very thick and even if I try to thin it out with a little extra liquid it just seems to sit in my stomach. I guess that's what it is supposed to do really. All the work out nuts say its slow digesting but I was hoping they meant inside my intestines, not concrete in my stomach. It does however seem to be helpful

I am using the Optiumum Nutrition Cookies and Cream, so as for the brand I have been happy with their product. They have a new silver labeled line that looks pretty interesting too of their hydrolized whey isolate. I haven't done enough research to drop the cash on it yet, but looking into it. I just finished up a tub of AST VP2 Chocolate and it was really tasty. Great Macros and it comes out pretty thin even with almond milk. I got it because the macros were good and the flavor rating on bodybuilding.com was very high and it was right, very tasty.

I like Netrition, I have purchase several things from them. For protein specifically I have been getting killer deals on bodybuilding.com but their other supplement prices seem to be a bit higher. For supplements VitaCost.com has been the best prices I have found and they make a line of products that are pretty good too. I am currently taking their flax oil that is banana strawberry flavored and it tastes like someone blended up fresh bananas and strawberries. I am amazed every time I take a tablespoon of it.

I haven't tried Casein protein yet, but if it is thick, I'm prob not gonna like it. I suppose if I mix it with water and lots of it, I may be able to choke it down. Given that I'm lifting heavy these days with CrossFit, I should start drinking it before bed.

I haven't purchased from bodybuilding.com, but I'll check it out. I tend to just buy from Netrition since I get their products in a day and with their flat rate shipping, it's pretty economical to order everything (protein, Quest bars, vites, supplements, etc) from them.
