B cottage cheese
L 1/2 venison burger patty, veggies, LC blue cheese (yummy!)
D I dunno, meat and cheese
S pumpkin seeds

Vitamins and water are fine.

Trying to not stress eat while arguing with Dodge about my van. They aren't happy that I'm refusing to pick it up, but I'm not happy they don't seem to be willing to fix the airbag light (they don't know what's wrong with it and it's not throwing an error code it and it doesn't stay lit long enough to get it to them when it IS happening). No one can guarantee me that the damned thing won't go off while I'm driving down the road or that it won't go off if we're in an accident. Nope. Not happening.

... ha, so while I was writing this, they FINALLY called me back and tried to convince me to come get it. Nope. So, they are giving me a loaner until I go out of town next week and then having some special technician coming in next week to look at it. I'll get another loaner if they have to keep it longer. FTR, I did tell them I'd just get a rental on my own, but apparently me calling corporate lit a fire under their butts (hey, should have called me back after I called 3 times in 24 hours).

Whatever.

Hey Ms Shell!  Totally hear you on the music....can't stand working out without it!

B:  BA vanilla shake/6 oz coconut/almond milk

L:  2.5 oz of my homemade meatloaf (used a 1/2 cup of rolled oats instead of any other type of bread), 1 mushroom

S:  1/2 cup of fage 0% yogurt and 1/4 packet of strawberry sorbet protein powder

D:  Going to sautee some chicken breast, spinach (yummy fresh NJ spinach!), mushrooms and reduced fat cheese on top

W:  60 oz so far

V: 2/3 calcium, b12 done, 1 out of 2 multi (I ran out!  duh...just ordered more online)

E:  Going to go to my aqua zumba class tonight.....SO excited!  Haven't taken a class of any kind since surgery and I finally feel pretty good energy wise.  No weights involved so I think I should be ok.  I did email my bariatric nurse just to double check (haven't heard back yet).

Have a humpin' hump day!
