Hey everybody!!! It's Wednesday and well I need a new IPOD or MP3 player or phone. My ipod died, since I had an ipod I moved all the music off my mp3 player to my IPOD which is dead so my MP3 has NO music, the ear plug thingie is broke on my phone so I'm patiently waiting a new one. I share ALL that because I have 4.5 miles to do on the treadmill TONIGHT and it ain't happening with no music. Yeah so ummm now I'm looking to see if there is an aerobics class I would like to take and there is at 530 but I got to get some music. Hopefully my phone will be in today!!!

Walking/jogging treadmill tonight. Nasty weather coming in.
Had a great snack last night. Apple slices dipped in Fage mixed with PB2 and stevia. Peanut butter dip for my apple slices. Yumm
I am sure we can come up with some other variations on that theme. Maybe SF Torani caramel or vanilla in Fage or SF Cheesecake pudding with Fage for your apples or Sugar free butterscotch pudding with Fage. Oohh I better stop. I am salivating at my desk. People will think I am Cray-Cray. Happy, and I mean happy shoo bee doo bee doo
YES! I do this all the time, it's really yummy! Def. try some sugar free torani syrups with it too...eggface has a bunch of sweet yogurt dip recipes :)

Hey Ms. Shell!!! If you need a new iPod, may I suggest trying Craigslist. I've gotten some pretty awesome deals on gently used iPods & even an iPad. I've never paid full retail for this stuff & it's all looked & worked great!!!
I am one hungry ***** today ... WTF is my problem??? I feel like I've been eating non-stop today. It needs to stop while I am still doing decent...

S: Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar (but I ate this sucker less than 30 minutes after eating the sausage! I figured it was best that I grab that since my brain started to think of what might be in the vends downstairs .. this is why it's important to keep VSG friendly snacks close in case of an emergency)
S: pretty soon I'm walking over to Starbucks for my iced coffee to hopefully cure this sweet tooth today because "I ain't got time for this madness!!! Shoo Bee Doo Bee DOOO!!!!" (giggle!)

Yeah but I'd hate to get an IPOD like the one I have because every other month it works lol =) I will definitely look into it.
So hungry??? Is it your period week?? If so eat more DENSE protein. Did you eat something that might be producing acid?? If so chew a tums or if you have an PPI pills take one.
Why do I torture myself Ms. Shell? My doc prescribed a PPI for me but I've yet to order & pick it up. Talk about being L-A-Z-Y. No period this week, it was last week & that ticks me off ... because it's not like I feel like I have an excuse this week, you know? I do feel like a bottomless pit today and that is scary. I just picked up my iced coffee at Starbucks ... AND I ate a piece of dark chocolate graham cracker... please just shoot me now.
