Hey darlin, not sure what you mean by "good option."
I know for SOME they don't like to do fast food or fried food but depending, my aversion isn't to either and yes I eat the skin. I looked it up on their website and made it fit into my plan. So I make sure in my program for it. Early on I could only eat the leg or 1/2 the thigh. Now I usually eat the thigh and a vegetable and then have the leg for a snack.
all this talk about popeye's and church's chicken, damn i have a popeyes 2 blocks from my home, but not today.

S: quest cookie dough bar (i'm in love with these)

Exercise-going for a walk. Have been wearing pedometer with goal of 10,000 steps per day. Getting easier to make that goal each day as I am more conscious of getting those steps in. I think it really is helping.

Some changes going on in my house. My dog is away for doggy boot camp and my husband is scheduled for his VSG TOMORROW! Exciting!!!
