Good morning folks!! Well I did it...another pound has bitten the dust!! Ounce by ounce, pound by pound. I see my goal and I'm going for it. I have EVERYTHING in place for success this week. I have meat sauce, spaghetti squash, chicken, fish, asparagus, cabbage, cottage cheese w/mango puree, boy if I don't meet my END of month goal it's not from lack of trying!! Plan to succeed!! I even remembered and have EVERYTHING in place to do high carb tomorrow and low carb on Wednesday!

X: not tonight, I'm still sore from kickboxing on Saturday morning and a weight lifting session yesterday with the hubz.

B; attempted this new RTD shake from muscle milk. GAGGED me. I passed on it. Bad I know. dummy me didnt bring a back up shake. Had a yogurt to replace it though!
