Boy *****members the LAST time I posted the thread all weekend long???  I don't either but here I am and my weekend is going swimmingly.  I have a whole chicken in the oven roasting in the over for my dinner for the week.  I made meat sauce and spaghetti squash last week just because, so I froze it and have it for my lunch =)  I'm still on an asparagus kick, but I plan to change it up and saute some cabbage and onions.  Just starting my day so not sure how my meals will play out
