Whatcha eating today VSGers...Saturday!!!
I had my nails and toes done today:). Isn't it nice to be pampered! And, hubby and I bought bikes today...we rode for an hour in the wind and up hills. Enjoyed the workout. I could have never done that 100# ago.
B: Chike protein coffee shake

Hi everyone! Slept late too so whacked out today
B: BA Chocolate shake with 6 oz almond milk
L: 3 oz of leftover cheeseburger (minus bun) from dinner last night. One slice of tomato.
D: 2.5 oz of rotisserie chicken, 1/4 cup of roasted squash, eggplant and olives. 1/2 tbsp of grated pecorino romano cheese.
S: I should have something else but can't imagine right now, so full!
Ex: 60 minutes of OnDemand dance fitness videos.
Vits: Calcium and B12, need to go take my multi's right now!
W: Only about 35 so far! I'll be drinking the rest of tonight!
