Let's go Let's go Let's go!!  I've already got 4.3 miles in on the streets of Hawthorne and I'm ready to get my day started which means 12 hours in the salon getting me hair done!!!  Happy Saturday all!

B:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; Mango Puree
S:  N/A
L:  Shrimp; Spaghetti Squash; Asparagus
S:  Sunflower Seeds
D:  ??

Water:  8/16 cups is the goal
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  (psst it's already done) 4.3 miles

Good Morning!!  My stall broke this morning and I'm so very close to onderland!!  Woohoo!!

B: 1 egg scramble with turkey sausage & mozz.

L: Protein Shake

S: cheese stick?

D: going to a bbq, so some sort of meat

V: 3 to go

W: Not yet, I struggle to get it all in.  PUSH!

Happy Saturday :)

I wish I was getting my hair done today, my salon has no openings, I haven't had a haircut since last June lol.

B: shake

L: bison taco salad

S: 0% Fage with laughing cow cream cheese wedge and lemon juice

D: chicken and veg of some sort, probably baked chicken with roasted asparagus :)

water: 11 cups so far

vitamins: 2 calcium doses left

exercise: went for an awesome hike this morning, knee is killing me but I feel great, HRM said I burned over 1300 cals too

Miss SHELL!!    I haven't been around here in soooooo long... way, way too long... and was so hoping to see you and a few others still around.  So yay!

 

B:  1 egg scrambled with mushrooms, onion, garlic chives, basil and a little bit of cheddar cheese,

S:  Green smoothie (no fruit)

L:  Ground beef with a little cheddar and salsa

S:  more Green smoothie

D:  Ground beef again

S:  more Green smoothie

 

So far on track with all vitamins, supplements, and water.

12 hours? And I thought 5 hours getting my extensions put in was bad! But it's all worth it walking out of there and looking fly!!!

B: a small banana (had to fast for bloodwork, grabbed this at the hospital cafe on the way out)

S: Starbucks grande light caramel frappucinno

L: Wendy's Half-size Baja salad (no tortilla strips, half the chilli, and 3/4 of the dressing packet)

S: 3/4 of a Quest banana nut bar (there's always about a quarter I can't finish)

D: Chike iced coffee protein shake with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water

S: Dannon Light & Fit GY, pineapple flavor

Liquids: Working on it.

Vits: Will finish now.

Exercise: Nope, just running after 3 kids.
