Happy Friday!!

B:  BA vanilla protein with 6 oz almond milk

S:  2 oz Boar's head turkey breast, 1 sargento reduced fat colby jack stick (didn't quite finish that)

L:  3 oz tuna, 1 tsp light mayo, 1 tbsp dijon mustard

D:  ???  I have cooked every night for the past week....not sure what I'll make/have tonight yet? 

W:  About 30 oz so far

V:  Working on them

E:  Definitely walking, maybe gym?  (I have tons of homework, though, sigh).

TGIF!!!! My husband has started his preop diet (sleeve 4/24) which has been beneficial to me b/c we don't have any treats around our house.
B- coffee, sf creamer
S- coffee, body fortress chocolate protein powder and 1/2 c almond milk
L- tuna/shrimp salad, lettuce, a bit of tomato w/1 T creamy cucumber dsg
D- pork chop, cauliflower

V-no
W-ok
X-4mi run (my sister and I registered for a 10K on May 4)

Lost four lbs since my last weigh in!  WOO HOO!  Now in the 160's.  I can't believe it, especially with how "bad" I've been.  Imagine if I had been 100%! 

B: got a fried egg but our cafeteria just doesn't do them right.  The yolk was completely UNCOOKED.  *sigh*  So I ate a piece of whole wheat toast.

L: leftover stuffed peppers

S: organic popcorn

D: another card party tonight!  Goodies galore!  *sigh*
