Good morning...so my body is now back to a low that I didn't begin the month at.  I love my body no matter the weight fluctuations.  You would THINK I would be used to it at 5 years out, but nope I'm not.  Onto the menu!!

I am super hungry this morning. Jogged/walked treadmill first thing and I am physically hungry. I made separate post about this.
B: turkey deli meat, protein hot choc and then cottage cheese when I got to work
L: planning southwest chicken soup homemade

L - 2 salmon patties (recipe with onion, cayenne pepper, bread crumbs and canned salmon)

S - cheese stick

D - taco bake (recipe), bit of greek salad

S - probably the rest of the taco bake, and the rest of the greek salad
