Dinner plans changed, going to a girl's night instead and making some eggface bites to take and share.

2 weeks out. purree starts!
B: About time Mocha Mint with skim milk. 1.5 scoop/cup
S: greek yogurt, vanilla flavor
L: a soft scrambled egg! yum. bit of milk and a bit of plain greek yogurt
S: protein shake of some sort
D: blended tuna - dill and lemon flavor, as gross as that sounds. lol
L: waffle, sugar free syrup, 3 slices of bacon, more coffee
D: ate the inside of 6 inch oven roasted chicken sub from subway, dog loved the bread and the lite mayo, i have help when i'm too full, like now.
water: all in
vitamins: done
exercise: walking at least 20 minutes worth
doctor said all my lab work came back 100%, no vitamin deficiency at all, yay

B: BA Chocolate protein shake, 6 oz almond milk (drank all 6!)
S: Board's head turkey and laughing cow wedge (queso fresco and chipolte)
L: 3 oz of tuna with 1/2 T of light mayo and 1/2 T of deli mustard (didn't finish all)
D: Stew made with bulk sausage, onions, carrots, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, dry cannelini beans and chicken broth.
Vits: Done
Water: about 70 so far
Ex: Walked for 30 minutes at lunch and will take another 30 minute walk in a bit.

S: sf iced coffee with milk from Starbucks
L: Chef salad with lite vinaigrette dressing
S: one scoop rum raisin ice cream in a sugar cone (first real warm day of the year in Maine, went to an ice cream stand with my 3 year old), Quest bar pre-workout
D: Garden salad with 2 oz. ham, 1 tbsp lite ranch dressing
S: not sure yet, maybe more cottage cheese
Liquids: good
Vits: done
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio, tricep press and bicep curls, lunges and 15 minutes in the sauna, easing back into the gym slowly and it feels good!
Had a light day..
