S: Coffee; Quest bar (maybe)
L: Shrimp; Spaghetti Squash; Asparagus
S: Protein Shake (Vanilla Jay Robb; Special K Pink Lemonade)
D: Pork Loin Chop; Asparagus
Water: 2/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 4 miles...smh

Ms Shell, you could have fallen into something a lot worse than peanut butter so it's all good. I know you'll rock out the rest of your day!!!
B: Popeye's spicy chicken thigh minus the skin because it was too spicy (whatta wimp I am!)
S: my own iced coffee from home w/SF almond syrup, 1/2 cup Hood CC 2% milk (35 calories)
L: carne asada w/sprinkle of jack cheese
S: mini sweet peppers w/1 LC cream cheese wedge
D: Cappuccino Latte Protein shake w/SF Hershey's chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup Hood CC 2% milk, 8 ounces of water blended
Water & Vits are on track!!!

I probably had 1 serving but still...ugh!
B- protein shake, coffee
L- baked Doritos, shrimp (3oz) with 1/2T remoulade over 1/4 c romaine lettuce
D- baked chicken, broccoli
S- protein shake
W- good
X- 3mi run/walk
I needed to plan better!
I had a fight with habanero bbq almonds last night right after work and they won. A double portion. I couldn't even stand the thought of how many calories I had just consumed. I felt terrible. I did get 16 cups water in and I did go to Jazzercise last night. Right after work is my most vulnerable time for mindless eating. I have not done it since surgery, but that was my MO before surgery. I really need to look at this, recognize it and come up with some strategies to deal with it. Can you say WAKE UP CALL!!!
B: Fage with stevia and sugar free raspberry syrup
S: quest peanut butter supreme bar
L: Brisk 30 min walk and then rotisserie chicken breast and 1/2 tomato
D: gonna cook a few portions of grilled scallops for the rest of the week and I will probably have scallops
Water and Vits on track and will jog treadmill tonight
Feeling super nauseous for some reason. Not sure why, so I'm just sipping on water for now.
B: breakfast quinoa
L: started feeling nausea around 12:30 and I haven't eaten yet. I brought leftover chicken bella but I don't think I can eat it. I wish I could have a ginger ale to setlle my tummy!
S: maybe my turkey pepperoni and a cojack cheese stick...depending on nausea
D: Supposed to meet a girlfriend for dinner...I hope I feel better in time!

I'm trying to figure out a good finger snack to bring with me to my girls night out. I might do some bites, but they take time and are best warm. Hmmm. I dunno. Last time I brought veggies with greek yogurt/Hidden Valey dip.
Lost like CRAZY the past week. Just 2 pounds until goal... I bet I stall tomorrow for 3 weeks or something. LOL! All good.
