Currently I'm eating 1200 calories a day and THAT **** is a third of my calories, about 1/4 of my carbs and 1/2 my fat. BUT I love it so as long as I'm relosing I plan for it and ENJOY it!! Yes I eat the skin, not going to purchase fried chicken and NOT eat it =)
According to their website the Spicy Leg & Thigh are 430 calories, 27g protein, 13g carbs and 28 fat. For the first 2 years this did NOT fit in my plan. At 5 years out I was starving trying to stay at less then 1000 calories.
