Vitamins and water are fine. Just 3 more pounds until goal. I know a stall is coming... I lost FIVE pounds last week - unheard of. LOL. Usually it's like 3-5 per MONTH. Crazy.

One thing I think I should mention is that I hit goal about 6 weeks ago and have been in maintenance since then. This is my maintenance diet, not my weight loss plan. I've had a few PM's me asking how I could eat certain foods and still lose. So just throwing it out there, hope no one minds that I still post in this thread. Maintenance is just a tricky balance and posting here keeps me accountable.
B: Atkins daybreak bar (150 c./ 10p.)
S: Yoplait lemon greek yogurt (100 c./ 10p.)
L: Starkist Tuna Creations, sweet and spicy flavor (90 c./ 16p.)
S: Quest brownie protein bar (170 c./ 20 p.) pre-workout, Iced Click shake w/ 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk post-workout (150 c./ 19 p.)
D: 1/2 a Smart Ones frozen dinner, Chicken Sante Fe (70 c./ 10 p.), garden salad w/ lite Ranch dressing (40 c.)
S: 2% cottage cheese w/ SF caramel Torani and 2 sliced fresh strawberries (110 c./ 12p.)
900 calories (including my energy drink), 97 protein
Liquids: Drinking a 20 calorie non-carbonated energy drink right now (Monster brand in their Rehab flavor, which is tea + pink lemonade)
Vits: Will finish when I get home, about 1/2 done
Exercise: Hopefully the gym today for the first time since surgery. I've had a couple failed attempts since then, but always chicken out because I'm afraid to hurt myself. Today though, I believe, is the day.
B - Coffee with Almond Milk, Protein Shake (Premier Protein Chocolate - 30 grams protein).
S - (post workout) 1/2 Quest Choc Brownie Protein Bar
L - 1/4 cup dried cherry Chicken Salad with almond slivers.
D - 1/4 cup dried cherry Chicken Salad with almond slivers.
S - Shake -- Jay Robb's Vanilla Protein scoop (23 grams protein), Almond milk, raw spinach, organic blueberries & other 1/2 of Quest Choc Brownie Protein Bar
E - gym this morning - 45 minutes weight training with my trainer, and then 45 minutes Zone Training Cardio workout on elliptical.
Note: Struggling a lot getting water in....due to my Sleeve stricture. Water makes me very nauseous.
Getting myself back on track with exercising and eating...I hope!
B: breakfast quinoa
L: 3 pieces of grilled chicken (like on a kebab) with sauteed kale
S: a spoonful of peanut butter after the gym lol now for some iced coffee
D: going out with mom and sister, we'll be going to a peruvian place. I place on some roasted chicken and some kind of veggie on the side. Avoiding tostones and yucca at these places is so so hard
S: SF popsicle
Water: need more!
Vits: two more calciums
X: ran for a half hour in the gym at work :)
