Thanks guys. I have been following up with my nutritionist because of my concerns and I was told I was doing well. I'm almost 12 weeks out and I've lost 40lbs so far. I do workout a lot now that some of the weight is off. I walk 4 miles daily and I do a full body workout in the gym daily. My only day of rest is on Sundays. I get in between 600-800 calories daily and I burn roughly about 1500+ calories daily. I don't get sick or anything and I have never thrown up, but I was concerned. Somedays I don't feel like eating at all and I drink protien shakes to get my protiens in. The days I do eat breakfast it makes me full throughout the day so when I say I pick at food I mean grapes, strawberries, watermelon, plums, peaches, etc. I do eat slow. My Dr. actually told me I'm eating to slow. It takes me about 45min to an hour to eat a meal, and at lease 30 for a snack. I will definitely listen to you guys and take your advice. Thanks again for replying!
