Whatcha eating today VSGers...Sunday!!!
The information on my DEXA scan is so cool. I just wish I could find my results from my other water dunk and bod pod from years ago. Oh well it's a starting point from today and I plan to retest in 7 months after my last half marathon on the year. Looking forward to comparing the results. The tech told me they could overlay this one and the next one to compare =) Operation 100% is about to cook some shrimp with butter sauce and lemon and toss it with spaghetti squash, also plan to make some meat sauce to also go with the spaghetti squash and I have asparagus =). About to check my recipe stash to see if I can't find something for dessert. This week is gonna be a GREAT one.

I am so happy to see you all fired up! Such a huge change in the last 2 months! Inspiring to say the least.
B - Protein Oatmeal (gross! and sitting in my stomach like a rock)
L - If I can digest this oatmeal, chicken salad on a low carb wrap (I hate wraps its not shaking out to be a good food day)
D - Gonna see if I can get my daughter to make up some Picadillo and I will make some faux rice
S - Might gonna need some protein today
W - Off to a slow start again today (not sure what is wrong with me I am usually the water king)
V - Not yet, gonna go do that as soon as I have a little more room in my stomach
E - Got a busy work day today but gonna squeeze in a run today even if it means working later tonight.
DEXA is so interesting- we have a testing place around here that I've considered- but honestly it wouldn't change much.. other than satisfy some curiosity, so for now not planning on spending the cash on it- now if I was wondering about my bones, it would def be an added bonus, but so far Ca and esp. PTH have been fantastic.

1 egg over easy, 2 strips baked bacon, sliced tiny tomato, 1 small low-carb cinn muffin with schmear of butter.
L will be trout salad and crisp with some sliced sweet peppers & onions
D will be roasted cornish hens stuffed w/ lemons and some veggies on side & roasted butternut squash
Snacks planned, some GY w/ berries, prob something else too.. not sure yet.
