I've been going off plan too much lately and the scale is showing it...I haven't gained but I've been the same weight now for about two weeks, guessing it's a stall.  BUT, I have gone down another pants size *almost* meaning my size 14's are getting saggy but size 12 is still a tad too tight...but getting there!

B: rice chex cereal - yes I know, awful choice, moving on from it

L: had a work lunch at this local organic restaurant called Spring Street Natural.  I had the chicken taco salad and had them remove the rice.  So that was a good choice lol

S: cheddar cheese stick and turkey pepperoni

D: hopefully chicken bella from eggface.   I say hopefully because I have only about an hour between when I get home and then have to leave for kickboxing class with my husband to cook it.  I also have to stop at the store to get damn diced tomatoes because I forgot yesterday...grr.

S: edy's pomegranate ice pop

Water: always need more

vits: I've been bad with the calcium too!

X: kickboxing tonight!

band to sleeve revision and loving life!
