Working on reframing the negative things I sometimes say such as I "hate" Monday's....been doing this for a few weeks and you know what??? Happy Monday Ms. Shell. Today is a great Monday for sure!!! I am back on track with my plan & back into my work pants!!! They are not as loose as they can be but they fit & they are comfy enough to wear. I have been avoiding trying them on for literally weeks!!! I was getting tired of wearing the same 2 pairs of bigger pants. I'm done with that BS!!! Back to my smaller pants for good if I can help it!!! I'm not done but I'm getting there. I'm focused on my health & looking good!!!

Carb cycle day today... A planned day of "off plan" to ramp up my fast/protein only day tomorrow. Also, just happen to be my scheduled off day for running. My kids started back to school today so our house is quiet too!
I'm not going to list everything Im eating but it will be 1200 calories, 100 carbs and 80 protein. I'm making good carb choices with a planned dessert tonight.
Tomorrow will be protein shake only day with VERY low carb total. Back to "normal" eating Wed.
I'm choosing to shake things up to make it under my goal by May 15. I have 6 lbs to go.
