Grilling out - share your tips/recipes/techniques to keep is VSG friendly
haven't grilled tofu, but I would suggest if you do to make sure you squeeze all of the moisture out of it first otherwise you wont get a good grill on the outside, also coat it in olive oil
Other than that pretty much anything you can grill is going to be VSG friendly.
Last night I grilled skirt steak, asparagus, and zucchini. All came out great. I ate 2 asparugus, 2 slices of zucchini and about 3 oz of skirt steak.
