I can tell you the SECOND it happened.  It was seeing someone eating one of those desserts I mentioned and I thought DAMN I want one...then I wanted ANYTHING.

I still turn to food, happy, sad, glad, all that.

But I know that YOU have to WANT something else MORE then you want to FOOD and right now I WANT my GOAL BACK!!

I'm right there with you with the "going nowhere" phase of my  career and it ****** me off.  Like, what did I go to college for?  Some days I go on a rampage that I'm going nowhere and I feel like the walls are closing in on me and I'll be a support assistant forever...this usually happens around my TOM.  I try not to eat like a maniac but damn if a drink doesn't help LOL.  Sometimes you just have to sit back and look at the REST of your life.  Having a job and career is only one part of your life.  I like to think about how I have a husband, a loving and supportive group of friends, a great family, a vacation coming up, etc etc.  It helps a little :)  Hang in there!

It's so hot here today I don't want to eat... suggestions?

L- 1 hard boiled egg & 1.5 oz venison roast

S- deviled egg (Prince Charming asked me to make them last night)

D- 2 oz venison

S- s/f popsicle, maybe some Unjury chicken later tonight to get my protein in.

Lots of water today
