Well, that is true but I love you both for keeping it real.  We all struggle & I admire your dedication on this board when you give details.  I need to hear I am not the only one.

B: Raw veggies (celery, peppers and tomatoes) w/ hummus

S: Half a Spam Lite single pack. Erg...not as yummy as I thought it would be (pre-op Spam lover).

L: Warmed Quest brownie protein bar

S: Starbucks tall skinny cinnamon dolce latte (Dying for this right now, can't get until after work in 2.5 hours )

D: Scrambled eggs, maybe??? Not sure right now.

S: 0% Chobani w/ SF blackberry preserves, SF caramel Torani and 1 Equal packet

Liquids: Plugging away. 

Vits: Done. Out of one thing I need to pick up tomorrow. 

Exercise: Nada today.

L - Thai Beef Salad and Egg Drop Soup

D - Not sure yet, still no stove, maybe I will grill some steak and organic zucchini and make a salad

S - Casein Protein Shake

W - Slow but on Track

V - Not yet, need to go do that right after my lunch settles

E - Missed my morning run because my whole body is sore today. Probably do 60 mins of treadmill tonight to take it easy.

Two hrs of meetings. I am going nowhere in my career & I'm watching people who have surpassed me & I'll never know why. That was the first hr. second hour immortalizing my old boss that died who was a real SOB.

A lot of us are struggling right now my friend.  I know it's hard to get our heads back in the game.  For me right now, I have something I am going to soon that I am looking forward to.  I am lucky for some positive things going on in my life despite some other "not so happy" things going on.  I really don't know where I would be without some certain people in my life.  Try to find something to focus on.  I know easier said than done.  So far I've had a great week but I'm still just going day by day.  I've been thinking about you lately.  We can do this.  I think it's great you post on this thread daily.
